Description
The decoction is a traditional preparation which allows to extract by boiling all the virtues (chemical substances and active principles) of the rigid parts of a plant (root, seeds, bark, branch, etc). Considered time-consuming, it is nowadays abandoned in favour of alternatives that do not require any form of preparation. However, decoction has many health benefits and is recommended by TCM.
Our electric cookers with lids, made of terracotta to meet the criteria of the Chinese pharmacopoeia, allow for optimal preparation of your decoctions.
Easy to use and clean, they are available in 2 sizes :

Advice for use
It should be noted that these are traditional earthenware pressure cookers. Cooking is therefore slow, as required by pharmacopoeia.
As a result, several hours of cooking are required to complete your preparations.
