Post-partum Herbal Tea - Sheng hua tang

Sheng hua tang is the most widely used blood tonic in the Chinese pharmacopoeia. It is a preparation that is often recommended to women who have just given birth.

Indeed, thanks to the synergy of the plants that make it up, this tea has benefits for the blood: it promotes blood circulation and makes it more fluid. Thus, it soothes difficult periods and helps regulate the cycle. By promoting a healthy blood system, Sheng hua tang helps women recover from heavy periods or childbirth.

Angelica sinensis 55 g, Ligusticum striatum 21 g, Prunus persica 14 g, Zingiber officinale 5 g, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 5 g.

Herbal tea : Add 500 mL of water to two tablespoons (about 20 g) of the mixture, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat before serving. As a cure : drink one cup a day until the end of the bag.

Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant women.
