Whole plants

Discover our medicinal plants

Why choose our whole plants?

The Chinese pharmacopoeia lists a wide range of plants whose therapeutic potential has been confirmed over the centuries. Highly valued for their many health benefits, medicinal plants offer a natural solution to every problem.

Our plants come from the best terroirs and are subject to numerous compliance, authenticity and quality checks in China and France.

Usage tips

To prepare the decoction: it is recommended to boil 10g of plants in 500ml of water then drink the hot juice of the decoction twice a day, preferably 30 minutes before each meal (except in the case of a fragile stomach).

Each dose of plant can be subjected to two or even three decoctions.

It is not recommended to use a copper, aluminum or iron pan. Prefer those in terracotta, enamel or stainless steel for optimal extraction of active ingredients.

Why choose our herbal teas?

Our herbal teas are the result of the combination of several plants whose complementary effect offers a greater efficiency. Roots, barks, leaves, flowers, seeds and fruits are selected and assembled by us in order to develop effective and rapid solutions to light and/or occasional discomfort.

Usage tips

It is recommended to boil two tablespoons (i.e. 20g) of the mixture of plants in 500ml of water then to drink a cup of the hot juice of the decoction once or twice a day, preferably 30 minutes before each meal (except in case of weak stomach).

Depending on the problem encountered, our herbal teas can be taken as a cure for several weeks or only when the need arises.

Each dose of plant can be subjected to two or even three decoctions.

Concentrated powder

Discover our food supplements

Why choose our concentrated powder?

Our concentrated powder comes from the Tianjiang laboratory, world leader and inventor of TCM concentrated powder, whose manufacturing standards constitute the standards of the Chinese pharmacopoeia.

Each ingredient is optimally prepared, with specific cooking times, temperatures and pressures. An essential oil recovery system is in place to preserve all volatile compounds and guarantee the quality of the extraction.

We recommend the concentrated powder to overcome long-term discomfort.

Usage tips

The preparation of the concentrated powder requires the daily dilution of two pods of 3 grams of powder in hot water morning and evening to drink between meals. Always seek the advice of your practitioner.

We advise people sensitive to the taste of the concentrated powder to add a spoonful of honey to their preparation.

Why choose our capsules?

Our capsule formulas are a simple and equally effective way to consume our concentrated powder.

Quick to consume and transport, they are a solution for people who do not have time to devote to the preparation of their formula. Very easy to digest, they are ideal if you are sensitive to the rather bitter taste of the concentrated powder.

Our capsules are made of pullulan (vegetable origin) and are suitable for vegans.

Usage tips

We generally recommend taking three capsules morning and evening between meals, however this may vary depending on the formula. Always seek the advice of your practitioner.

Congees

Discover our herbal congees

Why choose our congees?

Congee, a porridge of grains and plants slowly simmered in water, is one of the most common preparations in the Chinese tradition: a way to enjoy the virtues of medicinal plants on your plate.

Each sachet combines grains, seeds and plants (lotus, jujube, goji, tremella…) in a ready-to-cook blend for a simple, comforting meal.

Usage tips

One 100 g sachet makes 2 to 3 generous servings.

Leave the ingredients to soak in about 5 cm of water for 1 hour (some, such as Fu ling, need longer: see each product page), bring to the boil, then simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. Add milk or sugar to taste.
