Lobelia - Ban bian lian

Lobelia, also known as Ban Bian Lian, is a plant native to south-central China. It is renowned for its heat purification and blood cooling properties and thus promotes the evacuation of excess water.

Add 300 mL water to 5-10 g, macerate for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes on a low heat. Serve morning and evening.

Store away from light and a heat source. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this food supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
