Indigo Root - Ban lan gen

Indigo Root (Ban lan gen in Chinese) originates from Central and South-East Asia. In China, its root has been used for more than 2000 years for its many benefits on the body.

In traditional Chinese medicine, Ban lan gen is known to expel excessive heat from the body and cool the blood. Thus, it is recommended to strengthen the body and overcome cold snaps.

Herbal tea : Add 5-10 g of roots to 500 mL of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
