Great mullein - Bouillon Blanc

Bouillon-blanc is a plant native to Eurasia used since Antiquity for its benefits on the respiratory tract.

Possessing detoxifying properties, Bouillon-blanc promotes urination in order to eliminate the toxins present in the body. Thus, by encouraging the evacuation of toxins, it cleanses the body in depth. In addition, it promotes the expulsion of mucus which gives it a soothing action on pulmonary and bronchial sensitivities.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
