Centipeda, or E bu shi cao in Chinese, is a flower native to Oceania which gradually spread to Asia and South America.

Traditional Chinese medicine recommends the use of E bu shi cao to combat the misdeeds of the Wind-Cold couple. Thus, this plant soothes the respiratory tract, helps to unclog the nose and contributes to the return of comfort.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
