Gan mai da zao tang is a traditional preparation recommended to calm mood swings and to promote the return of a restorative sleep.

Gan mai da zao tang is composed of three plants that act together to harmonise the emotional sphere. Thus, by calming the torments, this formula acts on the quality of sleep: it facilitates falling asleep, calms night-time agitation and promotes restorative nights.

Glycyrrhiza uralensis 33 g, Ziziphus jujuba 33 g, Hordeum vulgare 33 g.

Herbal tea : Add 500 mL of water to two tablespoons (about 20 g) of the mixture, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat before serving. As a cure : drink one cup a day until the end of the bag.
