Herbal tea: Add 20 g of stems to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil quickly and boil for 5 minutes, then serve hot. Use 50g and 1L for a foot bath.
Foot bath: Infuse 50g of stems in 1L of hot water at 40-45°C. Immerse the feet and bathe in them for about 20 minutes. It is best if the water comes to mid-calf level. It is advisable to bathe your feet at night before going to bed.

Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
