Wild Leek - Jiu cai zi

Wild Leek is a plant of the onion family native to the Chinese province of Shanxi. Jiu cai zi refers to the seeds of the plant, recommended in TCM to stimulate male libido and enhance sexual vitality.

Jiu cai zi strengthens above all the Kidneys, the main organs of sexual functions in TCM. In addition, the plant overcomes sexual discomforts such as erectile dysfunction and it increases fertility in men. Thus, Jiu cai zi strengthens sexual vitality while boosting fertility.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of seeds to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
