Widely used in prevention, Lian hua qing wen jiao nang is a formula thought by traditional Chinese medicine to chase away the Heat of the Lung.
Indeed, thanks to the plants which compose it, in particular Bo he (peppermint), known to optimize the functioning of the respiratory system, Lian hua qing wen jiao nang allows the return of comfort.

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Forsythia suspensa 300 mg, Glycyrrhiza uralensis300 mg, Houttuynia cordata300 mg, Isatis tinctoria300 mg, Lonicera japonica300 mg, Mentha x piperita300 mg, Pogostemon cablin300 mg, Prunus armeniaca300 mg, Rheum rhabarbarum300 mg, Rhodiola rosea300 mg, Aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Warnings
Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice. Not recommended for prolonged use
Not recommended in cases of high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, liver failure, or any disturbance of hydro-electrolyte balance. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking medication.
Not recommended in cases of gastro-oesophageal reflux, peptic ulcer, gastritis or biliary disorders (gallstones) and/or liver disorders, or for people allergic to menthol.
