Long mu zhuang gu ke li

Long mu zhuang gu ke li is a TCM formula well known for its action on the Spleen and joints.

Traditionally, this formula was mainly given to children with growth problems. In TCM, it is recommended to tonify the joints and the Spleen, to harmonize the stomach and to calm the Spirit. Thus, long mu zhuang gu ke li stimulates growth, improves appetite and calms night wakings.

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Codonopsis pilosula 527 mg, Astragalus membranaceus 527 mg, Ophiopogon japonicus 203 mg, Atractylodes macrocephala 365 mg, Dioscorea polystachya 324 mg, Schisandra chinensis 203 mg, Wolfiporia cocos 324 mg, Ziziphus jujuba 324 mg, Glycyrrhiza uralensi 203 mg, aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
