Green Cardamom - Lü dou kou

Green Cardamom (Lu dou kou in Chinese) is a plant native to South India that has capsular fruits with aromatic dry seeds used as a spice. In Chinese pharmacopoeia, Green Cardamom is highly appraised for its digestive properties.

Lu dou kou works on digestion : carminative, it reduces bloating and flatulences and soothes diarrhea. It is recommended to stop appetite disorders and to soothe heartburn. Green Cardamom promotes digestion and soothes efficiently the discomforts.

Herbal tea: Crush 5-10 fruits with fingers, boil over high heat for 5 minutes and serve hot.
