Description
Also known as Snake's beard, Dwarf lilyturf is a plant native to Southeast Asia. As its name suggests, it is a distant cousin of our famous lily of the valley. In Chinese pharmacopoeia, its root (Mai dong) is known to be a Yin tonic.
Indeed, Mai dong is traditionally used to moisten the Lung and nourish the Yin. Thus, its use is especially recommended after a cold stroke having weakened the Lung.

Usage
Herbal tea : Add 5-10 g of roots to 500 mL of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Precautions for use
Store away from light and a heat source. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this food supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
