Chinese peony root - Mu dan pi

Chinese peony (Mu dan pi in Chinese), also called Tree Peony, is a big shrub native to the forests of Central China.

Mu dan pi has stimulating and soothing properties that help first to thin blood and to prevent its stagnation, then to soothe the dysmenorrhea. To sum up, this root regulates the cycle and the menstrual flow in order to avoid amenorrhea and abnormal bleeding and promotes comfort for women.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Herbal tea : Place 10-15 g roots in 500 mL water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.

Store away from light and heat sources. Keep out of reach of children. Dietary supplement not recommended for children under 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
