Chinese peony (Mu dan pi in Chinese), also called Tree Peony, is a big shrub native to the forests of Central China.

Herbal tea : Place 10-15 g roots in 500 mL water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.
