Huai Niu xi, the translation of which would be « Ox knee », originates to Asia and is commonly used for its therapeutic benefits. The TCM recommends it to soothe the joint pains due to ageing.
Because it has an effect on blood circulation, the Ox Knee efficiently soothes the joint pains of the lower limbs. In addition, it works on the Liver and Kidneys, both systems that respectively «govern” tendons and bones in TCM, and this explains its beneficial action on the skeleton. Huai Niu xi helps improve the mobility and soothes the discomforts to slow down the symptoms of ageing.
