The Psyllium is native to the Mediterranean region, more precisely to Provence, where is widely cultivated.
Its seeds are supposed to protect the intestinal flora : they stimulate the lazy intestins and control the imbalances by boosting the elimination. On the opposite, when increasing their dosis they control a transit too fast, and they enable to thicken too liquid stools. Psyllium is excellent to recover the gastro-intestinal comfort.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of seeds to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
