Heavy Legs and Blood Circulation Herbal Tea - Qing zhi tang

The Heavy Legs and Blood Circulation Herbal Tea is a preparation elaborated with the aim of favouring a good blood circulation in order to relieve the swelling of the limbs.

Thanks to the combination of the four plants it contains, this tea greatly improves circulatory health and ensures venous comfort. Its draining action allows it to eliminate excess water in the body and consequently, it relieves swelling of the limbs and the feeling of heavy legs.

Coix lacryma-jobi 40 g, Cyathula officinalis 20 g, Phellodendron amurense 20 g,Atractylodes lancea 20 g.

Herbal tea : Add 500 mL of water to two tablespoons (about 20 g) of the mixture, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat before serving. As a cure : drink one cup a day until the end of the bag.
