Sang zhi ji sheng tang (Shoulder Mobility Herbal Tea) is a traditional TCM preparation that acts on muscles and joints to make them more supple.

It is mainly used for its action on sensitivities localised at the level of the shoulders: composed of four plants specifically chosen for their muscle and joint benefits, this tea favours the mobility of the upper limbs and soothes sensitive shoulders by relaxing the tendons and restoring flexibility to the muscles.

Paeonia lactiflora 40 g, Uncaria rhynchophylla 20 g,Morus alba 20 g, Spatholobus suberectus 20 g.

Herbal tea : Add 500 mL of water to two tablespoons (about 20 g) of the mixture, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat before serving. As a cure : drink one cup a day until the end of the bag.

Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
