Si miao san

A very ancient preparation of TCM, Si miao san is well known to eliminate Heat and Humidity, a pathogenic duo at the origin of many imbalances in the body.

In fact, this formula deeply detoxifies the body and eliminates impurities by promoting elimination. Si miao san purifies the body and tonifies the blood circulation in order to effectively soothe pains and bloating in the legs.

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Coix lacryma-jobi 1200 mg, Phellodendron amurense 600 mg, Atractylodes lancea 600 mg, Cyathula officinalis 600 mg. Aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
