Menstrual Comfort Herbal Tea - Tiao jing bu xue tang

Menstrual Comfort Herbal Tea, or Tiao jing bu xue tang in Chinese, is a relatively old preparation that is very popular in Asia for its action on the menstrual cycle.

TCM recommends it to tonify the Blood and stimulate blood circulation in order to ensure a healthy menstrual cycle. Thanks to its ingredients which act effectively on blood circulation, Menstrual Comfort Herbal Tea regulates the cycle and calms womb aches which can occur during menstruation. It is therefore ideal for relieving discomfort and making menstruation easier.

Angelica sinensis 25 g, Ziziphus jujuba 25 g, Paeonia lactiflora 25 g, Codonopsis pilosula 25 g.

Herbal tea : Add 500 mL of water to two tablespoons (about 20 g) of the mixture, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat before serving. As a cure : drink one cup a day until the end of the bag.
