Lemon verbena - Verveine Odorante

The verbena officinalis, sometimes called lemon verbena, is a shrub that is cultivated essentially in South America. Its leaves are recommended to people who suffer from stressor nervous disorders because it is very efficient on the Mind.

As most verbenas, the lemongrass offers carminative properties that explain why it is often recommended after a heavy meal : it alleviates the nervous based gastrointestinal discomforts (bloating, flatulences, belly pains, …) and promotes the full comfort of the body.
