The foot bath is an external method commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine. By acting on the meridians of the foot, Wen gong nuan jing bao promotes the circulation of Qi and Blood and is therefore a help to better live the menstruation.

Total of 300g, in 10 sachets of 30g : Ganoderma lucidum 27.3 g, Lycopus lucidus 27.3 g, Fluoritum 27.3 g, Angelica sinensis 27.3 g, Paeonia lactiflora 27.3 g, Ligusticum striatum 27.3 g, Cyperus rotundus 27.3 g, Artemisia abrotanum 27.3 g, Zingiber officinale 27.3 g, Cinnamomum verum 27.3 g, Salvia miltiorrhiza 27.3 g

Infuse a packet in hot water at 40-45°C. Immerse the feet and bathe in them for about 20 minutes. It is preferable that the water arrives at mid-calf level. It is advisable to bathe the feet in the evening before going to bed.

Do not use in children under 12 years old. Oil stains may appear on the infusettes, they are the product of the condensation of oils from plants. This is not an alteration of the quality of the product. This product is contraindicated to people with cardiovascular disease.
