Description
Ficus hirta, also known as the Hairy Fig, is a fruit tree native to southern China.
In traditional Chinese medicine, its root (Wu zhi mao tao in Chinese) is reputed to strengthen the Spleen, eliminate Humidity and promote the circulation of Qi. Thus, Wu zhi mao tao contributes to increasing immunity and preserving physical fitness.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of roots to 500 mL of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
