Ciliary Poppy - Xiang ru

Ciliary poppy, nicknamed Chinese Oregano, is a plant whose leaves (Xiang ru) are widely used in Asia to give taste to dishes.

In TCM, Xiang ru drains moisture in order to evacuate mucus, in other words, waste from the body.This type of plant always has a diuretic action : Xiang ru detoxifies the body by encouraging urination and helps to reduce swelling and edema by draining excess water.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.

Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
