Winter Jasmine - Ying chun hua

The Winter Jasmine (Ying chun hua) is so named because it is the first to bloom among all flowers, announcing the arrival of spring when all flowers bloom. In Chinese pharmacopoeia, Ying chun hua is used to protect the body and purify the organism: it is therefore recommended to detoxify the body by stimulating diuresis.

Herbal tea : Infuse 5 g of flowers in a large cup of boiling water for 5 minutes.
