Zi yin huo xue tang

This old TCM formula is for women having very light period flow with brown blood and a discharge difficult to eliminate.

Zi yin huo xue tang is kwown to activate blood flow and scatter stases. This formula regulates the menstrual flow , promotes a good blood circulation, and works on the abdominal distension so as to soothe a feeling of pressure. It promotes the Yang to go down from the Liver, and alleviates feelings of irritability that may be linked to periods

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Paeonia lactiflora 760 mg, Rehmannia glutinosa 660 mg, Salvia miltiorrhiza 370 mg, Anemarrhena asphodeloides 330 mg, Lycium barbarum 330 mg, Cornus officinalis 330 mg, Phellodendron amurense 220 mg.

Aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
