An mian pian

An mian pian is a TCM formula produced to calm Spirit to drive away severe worry and promote relaxation.

An mian pian has relaxing properties : it relieves temporary anxiety and alleviates mental agitation in order to relax the body and it induces sleepiness. So this formula allows to sleep right through the night and to enjoy a deep and refreshing sleep.

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) :

Ziziphus jujuba 815 mg, Poria cocos 741 mg, Gardenia jasminoides 667 mg, Polygala tenuifolia 556 mg, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 222 mg

Aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder titrated at 1:5, pullulan vegetarian capsules

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice. Not recommended for prolonged use

Not recommended in cases of high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, liver failure, or any disturbance of hydro-electrolyte balance. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking medication.

Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults over 18 years old.
