Morinda root - Ba ji tian

Morinda, or Ba ji tian in Chinese, is a plant native to Southeast Asia grown in tropical climates.

In Chinese pharmacopoeia, Ba ji tian is best known for its action on the Kidneys, systems responsible for sexual functions according to traditional Chinese medicine. Thus, it strengthens male vitality and helps to improve sex life.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Herbal tea : Place 10-15 g roots in 500 mL water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.
