Description
Atractylode is a plant grown throughout Asia. It has been used for centuries by traditional Chinese medicine because of the digestive properties of its cooked rhizome (chao bai zhu).
Bai zhu promotes digestion and acts on gastrointestinal discomfort by stimulating transit without irritating the intestines. Thus, Bai zhu is ideal to find a healthy intestinal transit. In addition, it relieves urinary retention by promoting urination.

Usage
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Place 10-15 g rhizomes in 500 mL water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.
