Bai zi zi xin wan

Bai zi zi xin wan is a traditional preparation developed to offer a solution to people experiencing sleep disorders.

In TCM, this formula is known for calming the energy of the Heart, the organ housing the Spirit. This formula is especially recommended for people whose rest is disturbed by frequent waking and nightmares. It is ideal to find a peaceful and restful sleep.

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Scrophularia ningpoensis 375 mg, Rhemannia glutinosa 375 mg, Lycium barbarum 375 mg, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 225 mg, Angelica sinensis 375 mg, Acorus calamus 563 mg, Ophiopogon japonicus 150 mg, Wolfiporia cocos 563 mg, Aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist in case of concomitant use of anticoagulants. Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice. Not recommended for prolonged use.

Not recommended in cases of high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, liver failure, or any disturbance of hydro-electrolyte balance. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking medication.
