Native to South American countries, especially Chile and Peru, the Boldo is a shrub renowned throughout the world for its many health benefits.

Indeed, Boldo has a recognized hepato-protective activity : its leaves act effectively on the liver to stimulate the production of bile so as to improve the digestion of even the most difficult foods. Thus, Boldo has a complete action on the digestive sphere: it facilitates the digestive process and promotes intestinal transit.

Take 15 g of leaves and add 500 mL of water. Leave to macerate for 10 minutes, then boil for 5 minutes over high heat before serving.
