Bu qi shou shen bao is a preparation for foot bath composed of 11 chinese plants.

The foot bath is an external method commonly used in traditional chinese medicine. Thus, by acting on the meridians of the foot, the ingredients that make up Bu qi shou shen bao tonify the Qi and support the natural defences.

Total of 300 g, in 10 sachets of 30 g : Codonopsis pilosula 27,3 g, Angelica sinensis 27,3 g, Astragalus membranaceus 27,3 g, Zingiber officinale 27,3 g, Artemisia abrotanum 27,3 g, Morus alba 27,3 g, Cinnamomum verum 27,3 g, Perilla frutescens 27,3 g, Gardenia jasminoides 27,3 g, Citrus reticulata 27,3 g, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 27,3 g.

Infuse a packet in hot water at 40-45°C. Immerse the feet and bathe in them for about 20 minutes. It is preferable that the water arrives at mid-calf level. It is advisable to bathe the feet in the evening before going to bed.

Do not use in children under 12 years old. Oil stains may appear on the infusettes, they are the product of the condensation of oils from plants. This is not an alteration of the quality of the product. This product is contraindicated to people with cardiovascular disease.
