The Greater Plantain or Broadleaf Plantain (Che qian cao in Chinese) is a plant native to East Asia. Its leaves are used in Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine, but also in traditional medicine, especially for their benefits on the urinary system.
Indeed, in traditional Chinese medicine, Che qian cao is recommended for its diuretic action : it stimulates urination and helps to clear the urinary tract.

Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Place 10-20 grams of herb in 500 mL of water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and boil for 5 minutes before serving.
