Description
Artichoke has been used for its action on digestion since Greek and Roman Antiquity. Its flower bud, of a purplish blue, is its edible part, but it is its leaves which grow along the stem which have the most virtues, in particular digestive.
Artichoke is reputed to stimulate the activity of the liver and gallbladder in order to facilitate the digestive process and relieve sensitivities resulting from poor digestion. In addition, thanks to their fiber content, Artichoke leaves stimulate intestinal transit.

- Take 15 g of leaves and add 500 mL of water. Leave to macerate for 10 minutes, then boil for 5 minutes over high heat before serving.
