Description
Grown mainly in southern Europe, bitter orange, also known as bigarade, is a fruit native to China. In TCM, Zhi shi refers to the fruit picked before maturity and dried in the sun.
Zhi shi is a digestive tonic: it stimulates appetite and promotes the passage of the food bolus. Thus, it participates in the proper operation of the digestive system and relieves the discomforts associated with difficult digestion (abdominal cramps, diarrhea, lack of appetite ...). It is a natural solution to come to an end of the digestive disorders and to find the gastric comfort.

Advice for use
Herbal tea : Add 10 g of fruit to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat before serving.
Precautions for use
Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
