Fern - Gu sui bu

Native to East Asia, Fern is one of the plants used by the Chinese pharmacopoeia for hundreds of years. Its Chinese name, Gu sui bu, literally means "repair of broken bones".

Gu sui bu is reputed to tonify the energy of the Kidneys, systems which "govern" the bones in Chinese medicine. Thus, this plant is recommended to preserve bone health.

Place 10-15 g rhizomes in 500 mL water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.

Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
