Native to Angola, the Hibiscus flower is now cultivated worldwide in subtropical and tropical regions.

Highly valued in traditional African medicine, Hibiscus has many beneficial properties for the digestive system. When consumed before meals, it wakes up the appetite. Herbal tea : Infuse 5 g of flowers in a large cup of boiling water for 5 minutes.
