Japan honeysuckle - Jin yin hua

Japanese honeysuckle flower buds or Jin yin hua in Chinese, is a plant that cleanses the respiratory system and soothes temperature and sore throat.

Jin yin hua is a detox plant : it cleanses the body by removing excess of wind-heat and soothes the resulting manifestations such as coughing, headaches and the respiratory discomforts. So, Jin yin hua removes toxicities from the body, promotes the health of the respiratory tract, and supports the whole body's well-being.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Herbal tea : Infuse 5 to 10 flowers in a large cup of boiling water for 5 minutes.
