L'Herbe d’Érode, ou Lao huan cao en chinois, est une plante originaire d’Eurasie. En médecine traditionnelle chinoise, elle est préconisée pour chasser la Chaleur, disperser le Vent, éliminer l’Humidité et revigorer le Sang.
Ainsi, Lao huan cao purifie l’organisme des pervers. De plus, elle apaise et assainit le transit.

Advice for use
Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Precautions for use
