Lotus sprouts - Lian zi xin

The lotus is an aquatic plant found in marshy places. Lotus germ, or Lotus Heart (Lian zi xin in Chinese), is a plant known in China to promote calm and relaxation.

In Chinese pharmacopoeia, Lian zi xin is recommended to drain the Fire of the Heart and relieve irritability. Indeed, taken in the morning, an infusion of Lian zi xin can improve mood and concentration. Taken in the evening, it relaxes the mind to promote sleep.

Tisane : Infuser 5 g de germes de lotus dans une grande tasse d’eau bouillante pendant 10 minutes. Boire chaud ou tiède, de préférence avant le coucher.
