Artemisia anomala - Liu ji nu

Artemisia anomala, or Liu ji nu in Chinese, is a plant native to Asia, traditionally used for its action on urinary comfort and blood. In Chinese medicine, it is reputed to dissolve stasis and to unblock menstruation.

Indeed, Liu ji nu is one of the herbs that regulate blood in Chinese pharmacopoeia. Thus, it is a help to better live the menstrual cycle.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.

The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
