Book - Acuponcture Pratique - Le Yi Jing et ses applications
by Marie-Andrée Auquier, Jean-Claude Darras, Jean Pierre Guerin
1 book
Description
The Yi Jing, a traditional Chinese book, is best known for its divinatory use. Its deep vocation is to present all of the 64 energy situations to which an individual may be exposed, in the form of symbolic figures with six superimposed lines, called "hexagrams", combining two types of lines :
- discontinuous lines (Yin polarity)
- continuous lines (Yang polarity).
The acupuncture techniques detailed in this book are based on the fundamental data explored in Aux sources de la médecine chinoise (Médicis, 2009). The 64 hexagrams have been studied with their own energetic meaning in each situation, in resonance with the energetic aspect of the morphotype of the subjects. Thus, this allows the acupuncturist to find for his patient an individualized diagnostic and therapeutic orientation, personalized thanks to a calculator and clinical sheets. The set of the two works thus constitutes an overview as complete as possible of the use of the traditional data of the Yi Jing in current medical practice.
