In her first book, Se connaître pour mieux se comprendre grâce à l'énergétique chinoise, published in 2008 by Éditions Médicis, Anne Ducasse set out the organisation and workings of the energetic plane and the laws that govern it. She presents the human being as an indivisible whole in which matter, energy and psyche are inseparable and in constant interrelation.
In her second book, Le terrain énergétique, source de santé et de maladies, she developed the notion of energetic terrain — so hard to grasp within our Western way of thinking — showing that the state of an individual's terrain is a source of health when balanced and a source of illness once it no longer is.
In this new work, a natural continuation of the previous two, Anne Ducasse presents her bio-energetic manual technique, whose founding principles rest on a synthesis of Western knowledge of anatomy and physiology with the Eastern knowledge transmitted by Traditional Chinese Medicine for the past 3,000 years.
The distinctive feature of this method lies in its innovative approach to care: applied manually to the human being, its effects reach the individual's energetic terrain, either preventively or curatively. Here, Anne Ducasse shares her day-to-day experience as a therapist.
