Description
Purslane, or Ma chi xian, is an oriental vegetable plant. In addition to its culinary use, the plant is also used in herbal medicine to contribute to the return of well-being during postpartum.
In traditional Chinese medicine, Ma chi xian is known to clear Heat, cool Blood and calm bleeding. Thus, its use is particularly recommended in the postpartum period. It promotes healing, regulates urination and allows the return of comfort.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
