Cultivated mainly in Europe, North Africa and Central Asia, St John's wort, also called St John's wort, has been used since the Middle Ages to act on nervous disorders; he was then called the “devil hunter”.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
Warnings
There is a possible drug interaction between St. John's wort and some of the drugs with a low therapeutic margin (in particular digoxin, theophylline, certain oral anticoagulants, ciclosporin, but also oral contraceptives) because St. John's wort is a cytochrome 3A4 inducer which accelerates the metabolism of these drugs. Always tell your doctor and pharmacist if you are taking St. John's wort.
Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for children over 12 years old.
