Papaya fruit - Mu gua

Dried Papaya (Mu gua in Chinese) has long been used in Asia to relax muscles and tendons.

In traditional Chinese medicine, Mu gua is classified among the herbs that disperse Wind-Dampness. By acting on this duo and increasing Qi and Blood, Mu gua contributes to joint comfort.

In addition, thanks to its papain content, Mu gua improves digestion by accelerating the assimilation of food.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of fruit to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
