Run chang wan

Run chang wan is an ancient TCM formula that translates as "lubricates the intestines" in Chinese. Thus, as its name indicates, it is recommended to promote intestinal comfort.

Developed to relieve discomfort caused by difficult digestion, Run chang wan is composed of several herbs that act synergistically to stimulate transit in order to unblock stools, and that promote the production of body fluids to moisten the intestines. Thus, this formula gently relieves constipation and disorders affecting the intestines.

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Prunus armeniaca 783 mg, Citrus reticulata 1435 mg, Paeonia lactiflora 783 mg, aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
