Notoginseng Flowers - San qi hua

Notoginseng, or San qi hua (in Chineses) is a plant that belongs to the famous ginseng species, but its own properties differ from similar species. TCM uses it for its benefits on the circulatory sphere.

San qi hua is well-known for toning blood: it stimulates blood circulation, reduces bleeding so as to boosts the healing of sores and avoid hematoma. In addition, San qi hua helps lower blood pressure and maintains a good cardiovascular function.

Herbal tea : Infuse 5 g of flowers in a large cup of boiling water for 5 minutes.

Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
