Description
The white willow originated from temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere and has been used in Europe since the Middle Age for its healing power: indeed, its bark was already used in Ancient Greece to lower temperature and alleviate pain.
White willow’s nickname is « vegetable aspirin » due to its healing properties. It soothes the sensitive joints and it is recommended to alleviate pains at the level of lumbar vertebrae. It is ideal to recover some comfort.

Advice for use
Herbal tea : Add 15 g of bark to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat before serving.
